It has been a sunny day with a little breeze. Have been washing too and everything dries outside in the minutes. That is so nice and everything smells so good.
Now when we are ready with the cleaning I baked socker and jam buns.
Here is what you need:
5 dl milk
1-1 1/2 dl sugar
1/2ts salt
1 egg
50g yeast
14-15 dl flour
5 dl jam (strawberry, blackberry ......)
100g melted butter
3 dl sugar
Melt the butter. Add milk, sugar, salt and egg. Varm to 37 degrees. Pour in the bowl with the yeast. Add the flour and work it to the good dough.
Let it rise about 40 min. warm the owen to 250 degrees.
When the dough is ready make little balls and then flatten them. Put couple of teaspoons of filling in the midlle and close them upp to make little buns. Put them on the owenplate so that the joint is under and let rise 30 min.
Bake about 8 min. Brush them with melted butter and roll in sugar.
You can also fill them with vanilla cream, vanilla cream and lemon curd, with cream cheese or with butter blended with cinamon and nuts.
Theese are so good.
Now I am going to take one and cup of coffee. Then it is time to look all my started projects beside my sewing machine :).
